Josh Harris was named in a document pertaining to Jeffrey Epstein that was released on Friday.
The document was posted to X by Oversight Dems during Sixers media day:
🚨🚨 NEW DOCUMENTS FROM EPSTEIN'S ESTATE DETAILING HIS DAILY SCHEDULE:
They show meetings with Steve Bannon, Peter Thiel, and a potential visit to Epstein’s Island for Elon Musk. Prince Andrew is listed as a passenger on Epstein’s jet.

"Fri. Dec. 5, 2014 NY-Zorro
-TBD TENTATIVE BREAKFAST Party w/Bill Gates. (Invited Ron Baron and Josh Harris...awaiting reply)," the document reads. That is the extent to which his name comes up.
The Sixers have not responded to a request for comment from On Pattison as of Friday evening.
It's unknown whether Harris ever accepted that invitation from Epstein.
Previously, Harris has distanced himself from ties to the convicted pedophile. According to a report in 2021 in the New York Post, Harris left his position from the company he co-founded - Apollo Global Management - when his fellow co-founder, Leon Black, floated the idea of hiring Epstein to Harris and fellow co-founder March Rowan.
According to the report, it is alleged that Black proposed hiring Epstein after he was convicted of soliciting sex from a 14-year-old prostitute.
Harris, who also owns the New Jersey Devils and the Washington Commanders, has owned the 76ers since 2011.
The news of Harris' name appearing in these documents emerged in the middle of 76ers Media Day. It hasn't been a good couple of days overall for the Sixers. Jared McCain tore his UCL near his thumb on Thursday, both Joel Embiid and Paul George said there is no timetable for their return from injury and then this Harris news.
