According to Jon Heyman and Joel Sherman of The New York Post, Rob Thomson will return as the manager of the Phillies in 2026:

Thomson is 346-251 (.580) since taking over as Phillies manager for Joe Girardi in June of 2022. The Phillies have been in the postseason all four years under Thomson's watch, including winning the National League pennant in 2022. Under his watch, the Phillies have returned to being one of the sport's elite franchises.
However, after a second consecutive early postseason exit, there had been speculation about whether it might be time for a change at skipper. Evidently, president of baseball operations Dave Dombrowski and the Phillies have decided against that.
Exactly what Thomson's return will look like is unclear. He only has one year left on his contract, and it remains to be seen if he'll be given any sort of extension. We also don't know if there will be changes to his staff. But at the very least, we do know that the 62-year-old will be back for another season.

NL batting champion Trea Turner was effusive in his praise for Thomson when asked if he thought he was still the right manager for the team moving forward after the Phillies were eliminated by the Los Angeles Dodgers in the NLCS.
"Yeah, 100%," Turner said without hesitation. "He's great, man. I've been blessed with a lot of good managers in my career. I've probably played for four or five now, and they've all been really good. He's right up there with them.
"He's got all the qualities. He keeps it even keel all year long. Like I said yesterday a little bit, he blends the old-school and the new-school. He's willing to adapt and change and do different things. I don't think we could ask for more from our manager."
Bryce Harper praised Thomson, but ultimately deferred to Dombrowski when asked the same question.
"I love Topper, man," Harper said. "He's done a great job for us. I don't know what the future holds. I have no idea. I think that's a Dombrowski question. But obviously, we love Topper in here. He's been great for us, but like I said, that's a Dombrowski question."
