'Xfinity Live!' to become 'Stateside Live!'

In the fall of 2025, the venue long known as "Xfinity Live!" will take on a new name.

Stateside Brands announced Thursday morning that the venue will become known as Stateside Live!.

The Live! venue opened in 2012 as Xfinity Live! on the corner of 11th and Pattison. Nestled in the heart of the South Philadelphia Sports Complex, the popular spot among Philly sports fans features diverse dining and entertainment options.

Stateside Vodka is a local brand, founded in the Kensington neighborhood of Philadelphia in 2015. The award-winning vodka is now one of Pennsylvania's top-selling spirits and is available in 32 states across the country. 

In 2022, Stateside Brands launched Surfside Iced Teas and Lemonades, which is now available in all 50 states and has been a Phillies fan favorite at Citizens Bank Park since 2023. IMPACT Databank reported that Surfside was 2024's fastest-growing alcohol brand worldwide.

"If you really look at the epicenter of our growth, it is rooted in Philadelphia, but particularly Philly sports," Matt Quigley, President and Co-Founder of Stateside Brands, said in a press release.

"We built our following one sporting event at a time, over a decade of tailgates and supporting our teams. This naming rights partnership is a full-circle crowning moment, and we look forward to many more years of building upon the excitement and privilege it is to be a fan in Philadelphia."

Throughout 2024, The Cordish Companies and Comcast Spectacor announced a $20 million plan for renovating and expanding the venue. The upgrades will include a two-story VIP building with a rooftop oasis, a new central stage, an upgraded turf area and public art installations. 

Stateside said the expansion will continue as planned, and the venue will remain open during construction. The renovation will be completed in 2026, just in time for Philadelphia to host major events such as the MLB All-Star Game and the FIFA World Cup.
